Tahoe Keys Resort and Lake Tahoe Reservation Bureau were established to
assist homeowners who wish to rent their property through a competent
and professional rental program. We devote our services exclusively to
seasonal rentals and only represent properties in South Lake Tahoe.
Our goal at Tahoe Keys Resort and Lake Tahoe Reservation
Bureau is to ensure that we maximize the potential revenue for your property
while maintaining and protecting your investment. Here are some of the
key factors contributing to our success:
- We are Lake Tahoe's Only AAA rated Vacation Rental Company, guaranteeing
quality accommodations to our guests.
- Because we specialize in South Lake Tahoe, we know our product better
than any other agency.
- Our year round office is open seven days a week, typically until 8pm
and until 2am on busy weekends.
- We offer a full time professional staff of over 50 individuals, responsible
for managing every phase of the marketing and rental process including
reservations, arrivals, departures, billing, housekeeping, maintenance
and repairs. A supervisor can be reached 24 hours per day for emergencies.
- Our extensive advertising and marketing campaign utilizes various
media sources including newspapers, magazines, radio, tradeshows and
the internet to promote your home. An annual direct mail campaign consists
of over 25,000 past and prospective clients.
- We supply quality linens including sheets and towels and complimentary
guest amenities including shampoo, hand and body soaps, coffee, dishwasher
soap and paper products at no cost to our homeowners.
- A walk through inspection of your home before the guest arrives and
after the guest departs is included in our services
- An on-site Guest Services department inspects, coordinates and schedules
repairs and maintenance of your home and provides housekeeping services.
- The guest pays for their departure cleaning service - not the homeowner.
- Our professional Accounting department processes revenue and monthly
Owner Statements which include all rental activity, deductions and expenses,
as well as future reservations.
- Our Ambassador makes neighborhood rounds, reviewing renter occupancy,
parking and noise levels for occupied properties - 4 days per week.
