This private 16-acre estate is located in South Lake Tahoe. It features a beautiful 4,000 square foot log home with 5+ bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a ping pong table, a hot tub and sleeps up to 20 people.

Surrounded by a national forest, a creek flows through the property during the spring and summer. This spacious and secluded estate is an ideal setting for corporate or group retreats, weddings, and family reunions.

The Great Room is 34 feet by 24 feet. It is large enough to accommodate a group meeting or several break-out groups. A large wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and intimate feeling during chilly days and nights.

located adjacent to the wet bar.

The third bathroom is located adjacent to the
wet bar and Rec Room. It is convenient to all
of the bedrooms.

On the trail to Echo Creek.

Echo Creek flows through the Echo Creek Mountain Ranch property. During the spring and summer, the creek is swollen with rushing water as the snow melts at higher elevations. The combination of wooded wilderness and rushing water creates an exhilarating ambiance. This photo was taken in October when the creek had dwindled to a stream.

One of the trails back to the ranch passes the bunkhouse, which is located about 100 feet from the main building.

The charming bunkhouse is about 100 feet from the main building and furnished with two twin beds. The bunkhouse is heated for sleeping comfort during the winter months.
