The tennis courts in Lake Tahoe are 6,000 feet or more above sea level. The high altitude will have your heart pumping, your lungs puffing and your tennis balls jumping. You'll need to use hard, high elevation balls if you want to keep your game on the court!

Tennis at Kirkwood
Kirkwood has four championship courts at the meadow's edge. Racket rentals and tennis balls are available at the Adventure Center. Lessons are available with advance reservations. Call the Adventure Center for details.

NORTH SHORE

Tennis at Squaw Valley
At the Bath and Tennis Club you can enjoy some incredible air and scenery while playing on one of the six courts that are at an elevation of 8,200 feet at High Camp. The Club provides racquet and ball rentals, lockers, a changing room and showers. Private and group lessons are offered. Tennis courts are reserved by the hour, all day and evenings between June and September.
